PROCESSING TIMES

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or Large Orders: May require additional processing time. You will be notified via email if delays occur.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and select international destinations.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery in real time.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • We will assist in tracking your parcel and resolving any delivery issues.
  • Claims for lost packages must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will review and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
