RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Anna's World of Cards, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for both digital and physical products. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS MUST SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS (For Physical Products)

Due to the nature of our products (customized and printed to order), we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

However, if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we are happy to help.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue via email to awg.csh@gmail.com.
  • Only defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns. 

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be issued once your returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will not issue a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMERS
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped and cannot be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock issues or production delays), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

  • To delete your account and personal information, please contact customer service. This process may take up to 7 business days to complete.

EXCHANGES (If Applicable)

  • We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible, the item must meet the same conditions listed under the Returns section.

    To request an exchange, email awg.csh@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Items must be securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
